Provides a wide variety of health, education and supportive services for individuals and communities affected by HIV/AIDS. Programs and services include: Anonymous HIV testing, confidential HIV testing, STD testing, prevention counseling, individual ongoing counseling (not prevention counseling), health education/risk reduction, HIV prevention education, STD prevention education, street outreach, HIV early intervention, case management for HIV/AIDS, primary care clinic, clinical treatment for HIV/AIDS, outpatient services, nurse on-site, physician on-site, hepatitis testing, Hepatitis B vaccine-adults, TB testing, on-site laboratory diagnostics (limited), pharmacy program, prescription assistance, immunizations, support groups, nutrition services, transportation, volunteer services, housing assistance, financial education/entitlement assistance, emergency financial assistance.
Mon - Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm; Testing: Mon, Wed, Fri 8:00am - 11:00am; Clinic: Tues, Thur 8:00am - 8:00pm
